I love all of my customers to be Happy, Wear their Redressd Designs all the time, receive loads of compliments and spread the word!  If you are not absolutely loving your Handmade Garment let me help you to return it for something you love.

If you find that your purchased item doesn't fit, doesn't suit you, or you simply aren't satisfied, I will provide a 'Store Credit' so that you can find an alternative size or design.  A Refund can also be requested on full priced items where a discount code or gift voucher has not been used and it is not a Special Custom Design Fit (just harder for me to resell).

Exchanges or Returns of Garments in Original condition with tags still attached (eg, unworn, unwashed, no fake tan, makeup, or other marks and is odour free) Thanks so much!

Please contact me within 5 days of Delivery to workout an exchange or request a Refund. A Refund will be less Original Postage and PayPal Fees (2.4%) and is best returned using an Australian Post prepaid traceable satchel.

 

In the unlikely event there is a fault in your garment, please do not attempt to repair it, I will repair or remake a new one for you free of charge and postage.

 

Current Turnaround is around 2 weeks.  If you need it sooner, please let me know.

I use Earth Packaging Compostable post satchels with a tracking number (made from annually renewable resources such as corn, and will break down within your home compost! Just pop them in with your food scraps, and before you know it, worms will be eating them for breakfast) 

 If you require a signature on delivery just add this at checkout.
