Returns & Exchanges
I love my customers to be happy, wear their Redressd Designs all the time, receive loads of compliments and spread the word! If you are not absolutely loving your Handmade Designs, let me help you to return it for something you love.
If you find that your purchased item doesn't fit, doesn't suit you, or you simply aren't satisfied, I will provide a store Credit to you so that you can find an alternative size or design. A refund can also be requested on full priced items where a discount code or gift voucher has not been used and it is not a Special Custom Design.
Exchanges or returns of garments in original condition with tags still attached (eg, unworn, unwashed, no fake tan, makeup, or other marks and is odour free)
Please contact me within 5 days of Delivery to workout an exchange or request a Refund. If a Refund is eligible it will be less Original Postage and PayPal Fees (2.4%) and is best returned using an Australian Post prepaid traceable satchel.
In the unlikeley event there is a fault in your garment, please do not attempt to repair it, I will repair or remake a new one for you free of charge and postage.

I will soon be using Earth Packaging Compostable post satchels which have a tracking number and I require a signature on delivery, your item won't be left at the door.
