If you are not absolutely loving your Handmade Garment let me help you to exchange it for something you love.
If your Garment arrives and it is not quite right, I accept returns on items that are not worn, damaged or washed. This Includes Garments that have been Custom Made to Measure.
I DO accept Exchanges but DO NOT accept Refunds on Sale items. (If the item is no longer in stock I will give you a store credit or you can choose to put it towards something else.)
Exchanges or Returns of Garments in Original condition with tags still attached (eg, unworn, unwashed, no fake tan, makeup, or other marks and is odour free) Thanks so much!
Please contact me within a 48 hour window of receiving it, to workout an exchange or request a Refund.
An Exchange will cost Postage back to me in Blackburn.
A Refund will be less Original Postage and Credit Card/PayPal Fees (2.4%) and is best returned using an Australian Post prepaid traceable satchel.
In the unlikely event there is a fault in your garment, please do not attempt to repair it, I will repair or remake a new one for you free of charge and postage.
Current Turnaround is around 2-3 weeks on Custom Made Orders. If you need it sooner, please let me know.
I use SENDLE Compostable post satchels with a tracking number (made from annually renewable resources such as corn, and will break down within your home compost! Just pop them in with your food scraps, and before you know it, worms will be eating them for breakfast)
If you require a signature on delivery just add this at checkout.
I can accept Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Deposit or Lay-by.
10% Deposit at Checkout.
I will forward an Invoice via Paypal with Fortnightly Payments.
You have 2 months to Finalise your Balance.
If Payments are not made, goods will be forfeited.
(My Current Website does not accept Afterpay at this stage).
